To book an activity at Tourboks.com you need to follow the below steps:
Once you submit your booking, the local supplier of the tour will confirm your reservation within 48 hours, and you will receive a ticket voucher via email. Please print your voucher and bring it, along with a valid photo ID. You will find more info in regards to who to contact in case of emergency or how to cancel your product on your voucher.
Tourboks accepts a variety of credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.
Extremely safe. We use Adyen, the world’s leading payment provider, to process online payments. By using our secure online payment system, your payment information is encrypted and you are secured against fraud.
After booking you'll receive from us a confirmation with your ticket Voucher and a receipt for your payment. If your activity has instant booking, you will get your confirmation and voucher quite quickly. If your activity requires manual confirmation form the supplier side, there will be a short wait time of up to 48 hours for the supplier to confirm your booking.
This depends on your booking. It could take from several hours to 48 hours to receive your voucher. Some activities are automatically confirmed as soon as you submit your booking, which means that in these cases you will receive your voucher in the same day. Most activities on Tourboks though require manual confirmation from the supplier. For your own info, check whether the availability of the activity you have selected needs confirmation or not. You will find this info on the top of the activity page, next to the activity name. This means that once you book this product, you will need to wait for up to 48 hours, while we are making sure that there is a spot available for you during the date and time you have requested. You will only be charged, if the booking of your product will be successful (meaning if we find out that there are still places left at your selected dates). If we find out that the product is sold out, you will not be charged. Please be aware that some suppliers do not have office hours on the weekend. Therefore, if you are trying to make a booking during a weekend, it may take a little longer for you to receive a confirmation.
It’s a good idea to keep all emails we send you for your records. Your voucher is especially important because it contains the details of the activity departure location and contact information for the local supplier in case of an emergency.
Your booking reference number can be found in both the voucher ticket you receive once your tour has been confirmed and the receipt you receive for your payment. Your reference number always begins with the letters “TB”. If you need to contact us about your booking, you’ll need to provide us with your reference number so that we can find your booking details.
If you need to make any changes to your booking - such as removing a participant, changing the tour date or time, or editing your contact information, please contact us. You can find more information about contacting us here
If you want to remove a participant, or change the date or time of your tour, we will need to contact the local supplier to confirm that they can accommodate the change. If you simply need to change your contact information, we’ll be able to take care of that right away.
Cancelling a booking with Tourboks results in a cancellation fee of 2,6 euros applied by Tourboks. On top of that, please note that some venues/local suppliers do not accept cancellations or date/time changes for a booking that has already been confirmed. Additional fees may be levied by the individual Service Provider (see your Tourboks voucher and/or the activity page for specific details).
You will need to bring a copy of your ticket voucher (all local suppliers accept printed vouchers; some could also accept a display of the voucher on a mobile device) and a valid photo ID for the traveller named on the voucher (some activities will also require a valid ID for each participant but this will be stated on the voucher).
For some activities, you might be requested to bring with you additional items, such as a driving license for a driving experience or your swimsuit for a water activity. Please check both your voucher and the activity details page where you booked for more information from the supplier about what’s required or recommended for your activity.

Of course! If you are purchasing an activity for someone else, you can enter that person’s information on the checkout page when you enter your reservation details.
On the checkout page, you will be able to define the billing details (of the person you buys the activity) and the participant details (of the person who will actually participate in the activity).
Please note that the booking confirmation and ticket voucher will be sent to the email address provided on the billing details form. The email in the participant form will be used by the local activity provider for important communication prior to the activity.

If you have an activity-specific question, please visit the activity page and click the question form located on the page. Inquiries sent via this form will be forwarded to the local supplier, who will then answer your question directly.
Tourboks does not offer bookings for flight tickets or hotels. We specialize in sightseeing tours, excursions, attractions and events for independent travellers.
If you have a question about your booking but you have not yet received your voucher, please contact Tourboks directly so that we can assist you.
If you have already received your booking confirmation and voucher, you can contact the local supplier directly using the contact information provided on your voucher. Please use these contact details for last-minute changes, questions regarding meeting point or hotel pick-up, emergencies and other issues prior to your activity.
After your activity, you will receive an email with an invitation to share your feedback about your experience. Click on the button in the email to access the review form.

If you arrive for your activity start point and you are unable to locate the supplier/tour guide, we first recommend calling the supplier directly via the phone number provided on your ticket voucher (the supplier’s email address is also provided if you wish to send an email).
